My new mission

May 26, 20091. Look at me blogging up a storm. I’m going to get this blog going if it kills me!
2. I finally figured out Google Reader. I know I’m behind the times! Please recommend your favorite blogs for me to add.
3. I’m also twittering. I don’t really get it, but I’m doing it. My name is _AmberCampbell_ if you want to follow my “tweets.”
4. Don’t forget to become a fan on facebook!
5. I’m working on some fun stuff for June. Can’t wait for you all to see it! New products and a special session that my childhood BFF is helping me out with.
6. Don’t forget to book your portfolio building sessions before July 31. After that it’s full price!
7. We need a vacation. Where should we go? I’m thinking somewhere beachy…
8. I’m looking for a few things to put the finishing touches on Henry’s room. I need a large world map, and a lightweight brown blanket. Any suggestions?
9. I’m officially on a healthy eating, get in shape for summer, fit back into my jeans program. That means no more Dairy Queen or Dunkin Donut runs at 9pm. I’m also trying to get some rocking Michelle Obama arms. We’ll see how this goes.
10. I can’t believe that I forgot to blog about this before now. I RAN A 1/2 MARATHON! Last Sunday I finished the Cleveland Rite Aid 1/2 marathon in 2 hours and 8 minutes. Not too shabby for an old lady like me.
This is right after the 12 mile marker. I saw Ian trying to get Henry to hold a sign, all the while trying to get a picture of me running. This is what he came up with. That’s why I usually take the pictures around here.

with one of my biggest fans, yes I know I look less than glamorous, but I just ran 13.1 miles!
A lot of my wonderful clients have been telling their friends about me, and I thought it would be nice to pay them back.
Here is some fine print,
~ You do not need to “save up” your referrals. So you can refer someone, have a session and get 10% off, and then refer someone else and get 20% off your next session.
~ The discounts can not be separated. For example, if you refer 2 people before your next session, you just get the 20% off, not one session at 10% and one at 20%.
~After your fourth referral, you will start back at the beginning, with 10% off.
~This is the only discount that can be combined with the “first 72 hour” discount!
~ You are only rewarded for the referral after the refer-ee(?) has booked their session and paid their creative fee.

March 7, 2009It’s been a while since I’ve shared pictures of my little man. He is so funny lately, I just wish I could bottle this all up and save it for when I’m old and lonely and don’t remember that he used to look at something he wasn’t allowed to touch and say, “I lilly lilly want to.”
Ah, sigh.
Three years…..
October 2, 2008Happy Anniversary to us!
I have to apologize for being MIA from my blog lately. There are lots of exciting things coming, I have a logo! I have a few sessions coming up as well, so this place should be seeing lots of action soon! I’m also working with Ashley’s Hope for their “Shop for Hope” event in November.

September 6, 2008Isn’t my new blog pretty? We all have Ian to thank. It only took about 3 nights of me saying, “Ok now do this…….Um, now can you do this? Can you change it back? Okay, change it back again…… Let’s start over.” He was a trooper. Let’s all give him mad props.
So, now I really really REALLY promise to blog more. I do enjoy writing, and I do have lots to write about. But most importantly, I love showing off this guy right here.
