I decided to play around with custom white balance on my camera. I set a custom white balance for each new light situation I was in.  My pictures turned out awesome. The joke was on me though, I was doing it wrong, I was using a custom white balance, just not the one I was trying to set. Oh well. (If you don’t know what CWB is, google it. Fascinating stuff I tell you.)

But it’s been pretty boring around here.

Except for

HENRY POOPING AND PEEING ON THE POTTY!

I know, I know, he’s too young. But we use cloth diapers on him and supposedly those babies potty train faster. (We use Fuzzi Bunz.) He has been asking about the toilet a lot lately, and talking about “peeping” and “poopah” but I was kind of ignoring it. My friend Kelly has a son that is 2 months older than Henry, and she said that he was the same way, and she got him a potty. So, then I decided I might as well get Henry a potty, even if it just sits there for 10 months, at least we would have one. I brought it home last Friday, and on Saturday Ian sat him on the potty and Henry sent him out of the room so he could do his business. Every time Ian tried to go back in, Henry would point to the door. I guess he likes his potty. So cute. I think only I think it’s cute, but I don’t care.

I can’t find any undies small enough for his skinny bum, so it will be diapers for a while. He doesn’t really tell us when he needs to go, he did once but that was a week ago. We are just going to take it slow. I still think he is a genius.
