And, my absolute favorite picture in a really long time. (It’s a little out of focus, and I blame my camera for the awful noise I get at higher ISO’s that kept me from the higher shutter speed I need for he who never stays still.)
Four Square Follies (aka Our Labor Day)
September 7, 2008I totally forgot about four square. It’s really fun, even for grown adults closing in on 30. You’ll notice that the one person that is 30 was in the game the whole time. Thirty isn’t slowing him down.
I believe this is called “smack talk.”
I only got a few more, as it was my turn to rotate in of course.
I think four square went on for over 2 hours. When there are 7 kids in your family, and 3 son-in-laws, you can have a nice little tournament.

September 6, 2008Isn’t my new blog pretty? We all have Ian to thank. It only took about 3 nights of me saying, “Ok now do this…….Um, now can you do this? Can you change it back? Okay, change it back again…… Let’s start over.” He was a trooper. Let’s all give him mad props.
So, now I really really REALLY promise to blog more. I do enjoy writing, and I do have lots to write about. But most importantly, I love showing off this guy right here.
